SPEAKER BILL FRANZONE of HO PENN CATERPILLAR will discuss their new emission engines and Caterpillar’s solution to the 07 emissions standards as well as on highway transmissions. These service related topics should be valuable to the membership.

EVT Preparation, Registration and Test - Chris Lo Preto, our member who moonlights as a college instructor, is making arrangements for the next classes and test. Information will be posted as soon as it is available on LIEVT.ORG.

FIRE DEPARTMENT SAFETY OFFICERS ASSOCIATION – APPARATUS SPECIFICATION AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SYMPOSIUM - January 20 – 23 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

Thanks to all at the Westbury Fire Department for their hospitality in September. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and the hospitality that was extended. The comments were excellent as well as Jim Wark’s Neidner Hose presentation and the raffle.
