Meeting ReportsThe regular meeting of the LONG ISLAND EMERGENCY VEHICLE TECHNICIANS was held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the Wantagh F D. Commissioner Craig Craft and ex-Chief John Loeber did an outstanding job in the kitchen – the food was excellent – their group certainly earned the LIEVT chefs’ hats they were presented with. About sixty members were in attendance.

Meeting Report - Mar, 2009

Meeting ReportsThe regular meeting of the LONG ISLAND EMERGENCY VEHICLE TECHNICIANS was held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the Bay Shore F D. Roger Robichaud, ex Captain of Bay Shore Hook and Ladder was in charge of the dinner – the volunteers included a professional chef – they certainly deserved the LIEVT chefs’ hats they were presented with.

At 8 PM the meeting was opened by the President, Steve Velazquez, who led the pledge to the flag. He asked Kit to read the minutes of the meeting at Elmont on February 4, 2009– the minutes were read and approved by a motion made by Frank Cherba and approved by Steve Velazquez.

Meeting Report - Feb, 2009

Meeting ReportsThe regular meeting of the LONG ISLAND EMERGENCY VEHICLE TECHNICIANS was held on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at the Elmont Fire District. An excellent dinner was served to the fifty some attendees and the volunteers at Elmont certainly deserved the LIEVT chefs’ hats they were presented with.

At 8 PM the meeting was opened by the President, Steve Velazquez, who led the pledge to the flag. He asked Kit to read the minutes of the meeting at Commack on November 29, 2009– the minutes were read and approved.
